L.I Boot and Leather Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty and Return Policy

We guarantee size, fit, color and style preference. If it doesn't fit, don't wear it out. Worn or slightly worn boots cannot be exchanged- no exceptions. All boots have manufacturers warranties against defects.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT OF EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH RECEIPT ONLY.
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Certain items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement. Please see product page for specific details.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

After the first thirty days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped to the United States. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.
