5 Credit Hours - 500 hours worked during the semester

Example response: I plan to accomplish this objective by understanding the team's common goal, building relationships within and outside the team, and going out of my comfort zone to develop my teamwork skills. This includes understanding the project scope and demonstrating understanding of project requirement and expectations. I will also seek to identify potential risks associated with pre-construction activities and understand effective mitigation strategies. I will also demonstrate an understanding of risk management principles and their application in the context of construction projects. I will also participate in the bid process, including the preparation of bid documents and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers and gain experience in evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating contracts, and selecting appropriate subcontractors.
